The Roseville Branch Newark Public Library is now closed.
Constructing Route 280 divided this branch library from the Roseville community to the north. This public library is now abandoned and sits on a dead-end street. Hundreds of feet of asphalt now divide Roseville from access to its old library and the rest of city.
Dan O’Flaherty writes:
“My first library! A huge hall that was cool on hot days.I appreciated it more after I learned how to read.”
